Can I switch products?

Sure thing, you can change your femcare products at any point during your subscription! Simply log-in to your account, select subscriptions > edit. Then click 'change products' and let us know which products you’d like.

Alternatively, you can drop an email to if you're having any issues and our wonderful customer service team will be happy to help. 

Please note: We do need some notice to make a change though so try and let us know 10 days before your parcel is due, otherwise, you might not see the changes until the following parcel.
