Can I switch products?

Sure thing, you can change your femcare products at any point during your subscription! Simply log-in to your account, select subscriptions > edit. Then click 'change products' and let us know which products you’d like.

Alternatively, you can drop an email to hello@pinkparcel.co.uk if you're having any issues and our wonderful customer service team will be happy to help. 

Please note: We do need some notice to make a change though so try and let us know 10 days before your parcel is due, otherwise, you might not see the changes until the following parcel.
