How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel any of your Pink Parcel plans, all you have to do is follow the instructions below:1. Log into your account via the website here:
2. Click 'Subscription' on the right hand side, it's under 'My Account' and next to 'Order History'.
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel along with the reason and any feedback you wish to provide.

Please note: payment is taken on the 2nd of each month so to ensure that the cancellation takes effect in time, we recommend cancelling your account by the 1st of the month. If you cancel your plan after your payment has been processed on the 2nd, we cannot guarantee we will be able to intercept your shipment in time.
