Why was my payment not accepted?

Most payments fail because of an incorrect billing address or an expired card. If this is the case, please log-in to your account and update your card details.

Please note: We process your payment on the second of each month. If your payment is unsuccessful on this date, we'll try again over the next 7 days. If your payment isn't successful within that 7 day window, your subscription will be cancelled.
