Is it possible to pause my subscription?

If you'd like to pause your deliveries, just follow the instructions below:

1. Login to your Pink Parcel subscription here pink-parcel.com/customer/account/login/
2. Click ‘Subscriptions’ on the right hand side, just under 'My Account'.
3. You should see your subscription on the left hand side. Just above, on the left you'll see 'Delivery Schedule'. Click on this to see future shipments. You have not paid for these yet.
4. You will then be shown the delivery schedule for the upcoming months. You can press the 'skip' button on any future order if you wish to not receive that months delivery.

You can also pause your account by emailing us at hello@pinkparcel.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note: payment is taken on the 2nd of each month so to ensure that pausing your subscription takes effect in time, we recommend pausing your deliveries by the 1st of the month. If you pause your deliveries after your payment has been processed, we cannot guarantee we will be able to intercept your shipment in time.
