Whether you're pregnant, going on holiday or you just want a break, it's easy to put your account on hold.
Just log into your Pink Parcel account, select subscriptions from the menu and choose the pause option. You can also pause your account by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help.
Please note: payment is taken on the 2nd of each month so to ensure that pausing your subscription takes effect in time, we recommend pausing your deliveries by the 1st of the month. If you pause your deliveries after your payment has been processed, we cannot guarantee we will be able to intercept your shipment in time.
