You can pick any date between 1st and 28th of the month.
Please note that we take payment 10 days before your delivery date so whichever new date you select, we will try to take payment 10 days before that. If your payment fails, this could result in a late delivery of your box.
If you follow the steps below, this will help you change your delivery date:
1. Log into your account here.
2. Select subscription.
3. You will see an option for delivery date under 'edit your subscription'. Click this option.
4. You will then be re-directed to a page with a white box, click the white box.
5. A calendar will pop up, there will be some days blocked out that you cannot pick, these will be shown with a pink delivery truck on so please pick the next available delivery date or the date closest to your cycle.
6. Once you have selected your new delivery date, click 'save selection'.
7. You should see your new delivery date reflected on the 'subscription' page.
