Can I switch products?

Sure thing, you can change your femcare products at any point during your subscription! Simply log-in to your account and let us know which products you’d like.

Alternatively, you can email hello@pinkparcel.co.uk and our team will do our best to get that changed for you.

We do need some notice to make a change though so try and let us know 14 days before your parcel is due, otherwise, you might not see the changes until the following parcel.

    Please would you change my products from tampons and pads to all pads please. No tampons
