Why was my payment not accepted?

Most payments fail because of an incorrect billing address or an expired card. If this is the case, please log-in to your account and update your card details.

Please note: We attempt to take payment three days after the first attempt – if payment is unsuccessful after that time, that month's parcel will be cancelled.

    Hi I'm not sure why payment has not be authorised I changed payment details online, money last month came out OK with this card?
