Is it possible to pause my subscription?

Whether you're pregnant, going on holiday or you just want a break, it's easy to put your account on hold.

Just log into your Pink Parcel account, select subscriptions from the menu and choose the pause option. You can also pause your account by emailing us at hello@pinkparcel.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note: payment is taken seven days before your delivery date so to ensure that pausing your subscription takes effect, you must pause your account at least eight days before your delivery date.
