When will I be charged?

We’ve got some important changes to our payments!

From May 2016 we will only be taking one payment a month on the 2nd of each month.

This way you'll always know when your payment will be taken from your account.

If you are unable to make the payment on the 2nd we will try to take payment for a further three days, if we are still unable to take payment your parcel will be cancelled until the next month.
